QE takes quiet pride in the positive relationships that exist both within and outside the classroom between staff and pupils. OFSTED praised the 'harmonious relationships between pupils of all backgrounds'. QE's bespoke tutoring system ensures that each boy's performance and academic progress is monitored in detail once every half-term. For boys who need particular assistance, whether for personal or academic reasons, a staff mentor is appointed. The extensive QE Personal Social Health Education programme gives boys an understanding of their moral role, while our Home-School Agreement sets out the respective responsibilities of the School, parents and pupils.
