Roger Delves, MA FRSA, who is a Parent Governor and father to three boys, is Professor of Leadership Practice and Dean of Qualifications at Ashridge Business School, part of Hult International Business School.
Mr Delves is a late Exhibitioner of St Catherine’s College, Oxford, from which he graduated with an MA in English Language and Literature.
A former Board Director of international advertising agencies Benton & Bowles and DMB&B, he also previously worked at Cranfield University School of Management.
He was appointed as a Governor in 2017.
