What makes QE Spaces a good fit for a holiday camp?
You get the run of the whole site, every day of the holidays, from 8.30am to 8pm. That kind of space, for weeks at a time, is hard to find anywhere else, and it comes with a school name parents already recognise.
How is camp hire priced?
In weekly packages, not hourly rates, because that’s how camp operators actually budget.
A full week in the Main School Hall is £3,125, the Gymnasium £1,500, and bundling hall, gym, classrooms and outdoor space together brings the price per space down.

What happens if it rains?
Rain won’t cancel your day.
You’ve got indoor space alongside the outdoor facilities as standard, so your programme carries on whatever the forecast.
What safeguarding checks do you require of camp operators?
Every operator completes our safeguarding vetting checklist: DBS arrangements, insurance, safeguarding policies, references and Ofsted registration where it applies, before anyone sets foot on site. We treat this as a selling point, not small print, because it protects your families as much as ours.
Is there storage between camp days?
Yes. Leave your kit on site overnight and skip the daily pack-up.
How far ahead should I book?
Most camp operators lock in their venue 9 to 12 months before the camp runs, particularly for summer, so get in touch early for the dates you want most.
What about parking and drop-off for parents?
There’s ample parking at the front of the school, and we’ll work through a safe drop-off flow for your numbers, whether that’s 30 children a day or 100-plus.
