Triple success in Mathematics competition

Queen Elizabeth’s School has recorded a third consecutive victory against Highgate School to reach the knockout stages of the Hans Woyda Mathematics Competition.

Last year, QE reached the quarter-finals of this prestigious tournament, which involves 64 top state and independent schools from across the South East.

QE followed its opening two victories with a resounding 47 points to 27 win against Highgate. The QE team will be competing against the other 15 group winners in the knockout rounds.

This year’s team is: Ariel Weiss, of Year 13; Hone Cheung, Year 12; Jaymin Thakrar Year 11, and Gabriel Gendler, Year 9.
